Shipping Policy

When an order is placed it does not mean it ships the day you place the order. Orders placed on weekends do not start to process until the next business day. We will do are best to expedite UPS air freight shipments when inventory is available to be shipped out. When inventory becomes available it will ship the method you have selected. Please contact us 5 business days from when you placed the order by email and you will get a response back from us as to when the order will arrive. If your product is backordered, we will request that you notify us by email if you want the order canceled.

Return Policy

The Service Centers return policy on Aqua Vac Systems pool cleaners is when the determination has been made by you the customer that this is the machine you want it can not be returned later and request a refund. If the product is defective it will be repaired under the manufacturers warranty and returned. The main reason for not accepting returned units is The Service Center will not sell a customer a returned unit as being a new machine. The manufacturers do not have a policy they will take back units customers purchased and did not like. If you order replacement parts and you do not want them, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged when the items are inspected and returned to stock.
